o You may upload photos, videos, and personal information (“User Content”).
o You own your content but grant Saathi4U a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, and use it for platform operations.
o User Content must be accurate, lawful, and not infringe third-party rights.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
o Post false, misleading, offensive, or illegal content.
o Harass, impersonate, threaten, or defraud other users.
o Use the platform for commercial purposes, spamming, scams, or promotions.
o Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform.
o Share private information without consent.
o Upload viruses, malware, spyware, or other harmful material.
o Violate intellectual property rights or applicable laws.
Violation may result in account suspension, termination, or legal action.
6. Membership, Payments & Refunds
o Saathi4U may offer free and paid membership plans.
o Payments are processed securely via Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, UPI, Paytm, GPay, PhonePe.
o All charges are final unless explicitly stated.
o Users can cancel paid memberships, which will remain active until the end of the paid term.
o Refunds will follow published refund and cancellation policies.
o Saathi4U may change subscription fees and communicate changes per applicable law.
7. Privacy & Data Protection

15. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
